Ingredients:
- 1.2 lbs of (93/7) lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Medium yellow onions diced
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 jalapenos
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 can (29-oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6-oz) tomato paste
- 2 cans (4 oz) diced green fire roasted chiles
- can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) great northern beans (white)
- 1 can (15 oz) Blacks beans
- 1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans (light red)
- 2 heaping tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon crumbled Mexican oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
- Saute Onions and Garlic with Olivie oil until onions started to be translucent.
- Add bell peppers and jalapenos
- cook for about 5 minutes more
- Add to crock pot
- Brown turkey
- Add to Crock Pot
- Drain and Rinse beans
- Add to crock pot
- Add chiles, tomato sauce, tomato paste and diced tomatoes to pot
- Add spices
- Stir to combine
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
