batterie de cuisine

This week has been not only a good week it's been a great week and it's only Tuesday. As of today I've added two things to my batterie de cuisine. First, a brand new KitchenAid Artisan Mixer. The second a new set of knives. Nothing special about the knives other than they are new and sharp, but the mixer, I'm so excited about the mixer.

Plans for the new equipment is dinner tonight (Sliced Pork Tenderloin with Sauteed Apples) and a cake from Flour Me With Love.
