The essence of youth on the fourth of July
We made it out of the house for another adventure in DC. We started the day with another hot and sweaty visit to the zoo. All the animals were sleeping in the shade, or keeping cool in another way, so we didn't see anything exciting.
After the zoo we attended a D.C. block party celebrating the 4th. Here are some of the highlights.
