Julia Child's Kitchen

 

 I made it. Finally.

On New Years Eve-Eve Alex and I braved the frigid temperatures of DC in late December to see the National Christmas Tree.

 

 We also saw the California Tree

 

 The Washington Monument

   

 And the White house.

But all of this pales in comparison to the only thing I really wanted to see while we are on the East Coast.

 I could only hope to have such a wonderful collection of pots and pans.

   

 Look at that beautiful six burner stove

 

Of course a kitchen is not complete without a KitchenAid stand mixer. Isn't Julia's a beauty?

 

I like that her measuring cups have a J on the bottom.
